ROSEMONT, IL - April 10, 2006, Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. announced an agreement to acquire
Frank J. Catanzaro Sons & Daughters, Inc., the largest independently owned foodservice
distributor in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Jude Reyes, Co-Chairman of Reyes Holdings, said, "Catanzaro's first-rate reputation for high

Bill Devine and the current Catanzaro management team will continue to lead Catanzaro
from Cincinnati, joining Reyes Holdings under the company's Reinhart FoodService division.
