ROSEMONT, IL April 24, 2006 - Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. announced an agreement to acquire the
assets of King Provision's Jacksonville Florida location.
The Jacksonville Florida location will become an extension of Reyes Holdings Reinhart FoodService
company, extending its service to customers in Florida, southern Georgia and South Carolina as well
as International customers in Central America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, and the
Pacific Rim.
Reinhart FoodService is a leading broadline foodservice distributor and one of Burger King and
Subway's largest distributors in the US. Delivering more than 90 million cases of product to over
26,000 customers a year, Reinhart FoodService customers benefit from one-stop shopping with
prompt service of over 30,000 SKUs comprising the best national brands and Reinhart exclusive
products including, fresh beef, pork, poultry, seafood, produce, dairy, coffee, juice and dry groceries,
deli and bakery supplies, glassware, china and utensils, paper, disposables and foodservice
equipment.
King Provision's Al Juodvalkis and the rest of the company's current management team will continue
to lead the organization as Reinhart FoodService's 15th and newest division.
