ROSEMONT, IL, May 8, 2006 - Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. announced today that the territory of its
Reinhart FoodService company would expand with the acquisition of King Provision's Atlanta,
Georgia location. Following shortly after Reyes Holdings acquisition of King Provision's Jacksonville,
Florida location, the Atlanta facility becomes Reinhart FoodService's 16th distribution center in the
US.
Mark Drazkowski, Reinhart FoodService, President and Chief Executive Officer, said, "We are excited

The King Provision acquisitions extend Reinhart FoodService's current Midwest and North territory
South, through Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.
