
ROSEMONT, IL - June 12, 2006, Reinhart FoodService, L.L.C. announced an agreement to
acquire Burlington Foodservice Company (BFC), Northern New England's largest, locally
owned, independent, broadline foodservice distributor. BFC currently employs over 130
people and is projected to exceed $75m in sales for CY 2006. Reinhart FoodService is a
member of Reyes Holdings, L.L.C.'s food and beverage distribution company portfolio.
Jude Reyes, Co-Chairman of Reyes Holdings said, "We are very pleased to add Burlington
