ROSEMONT, IL, August 1, 2006 - Today, Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. announced that it had acquired the
Omaha branch of Food Services of America, Inc. (FSA) which will join the Reinhart FoodService,
L.L.C. (RFS) business.
"Food Services of America and Reinhart FoodService have always enjoyed a supportive alliance
through our Distribution Market Advantage (DMA) partnership," said Tom Staley, CEO of FSA. "We
are confident that this change in ownership will provide significant opportunities for our Omaha
branch business, its customers and employees."

The FSA Omaha branch acquisition includes a refrigerated 125,000 square foot warehouse in
Omaha, extending RFS distribution in Nebraska, South Dakota, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri.
