ROSEMONT, IL - September 29, 2006, Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. announced the acquisition of
Erwin Distributing Company in Frederick, Maryland which represents over a million cases of
Miller Brewing Company, Molson Coors Brewing Company, Boston Beer Company and InBev
brands.
The newest addition to Reyes Holdings' Beverage Division is named Premium Distributors of
Maryland, L.L.C. Robert Johnston, currently President of Premium Distributors of Washington
D.C. L.L.C., takes on the additional role of President, Premium Distributors of Maryland.
"We are delighted to expand into Frederick County and part of Howard County and we look
forward to further growth in Maryland," said James V. Reyes, Director Premium Distributors of
Washington D.C., Virginia and Maryland.
This purchase includes Erwin Distributing Company's 36,000 square foot warehouse in
Frederick, Maryland.
