ROSEMONT, IL - October 6, 2006, Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. announced the purchase of the Perlman-
Rocque Fridley, Minnesota distribution center from The HAVI Group Limited Partnership. The Fridley
distribution center will be added to the operations of The Martin-Brower Company, L.L.C., a
McDonald's system distributor since 1956 and a wholly owned subsidiary of Reyes Holdings.
Greg Nickele, Chief Executive Officer, Martin-Brower said, "We are honored to welcome the Fridley
management team and employees to the Martin-Brower family."
The business ships 13,000,000 cases a year and extends Martin-Brower's distribution across
Minnesota, Northern Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska and Montana. The
transaction includes a fleet of over 40 power units and the operation of a refrigerated 45,000 square
foot warehouse
John Roussel, Martin-Brower's President of US Operations said, "We look forward to providing great
service to our new McDonald's customers to the north."
Martin-Brower is the largest McDonald's distributor in the United States delivering more than 198
million cases of product annually to over 9,000 McDonald's restaurants throughout the Americas.
