ROSEMONT, IL - October 27, 2006, Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. announced the acquisition of The
Larkin Wholesale Company, Inc. in Hagerstown, Maryland, which represents annual sales of
over 700,000 cases of Miller, Yuengling, Corona, Pabst and a variety of other brands for
Washington and Frederick counties, Maryland.
The rights to distribute Larkin Wholesale Company brands will be transferred to Reyes
Holdings' subsidiary Premium of Maryland Distributors, L.L.C., which is run by Robert Johnston,
President of Premium Distributors of Washington D.C., L.L.C. and Premium Distributors of
Maryland, L.L.C.
