
ROSEMONT, IL June 9, 2007 – Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. announced that Reinhart FoodService, L.L.C. a key division in its group of family-owned businesses, entered into an agreement to acquire the Harker's Eastern Wisconsin and Northeast Illinois sales areas further expanding its reach. The transaction is scheduled to close on June 18, 2007.

Jim Harker, CEO of Harker's, said, "The move to withdraw from the marketplace in Eastern Wisconsin and Northeast Illinois is in conjunction with our choice to expand our category offerings and move to broadline distribution. We have determined that Reinhart FoodService is better able to meet the service needs of customers in that area due to the proximity of its facilities, while we realign our geographic boundaries to be in closer proximity to our corporate headquarters in Le Mars, Iowa."
