ROSEMONT, IL – July 20, 2007, today, Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. announced the acquisition of Dearing Beverage Company in Winchester, Virginia, which distributes Miller Brewing Company, Boston Beer, Pyramid Brewery, Magic Hat, Harpoon Brewery and Mike's Hard Lemonade brands in Virginia.
The rights to distribute Dearing Beverage Company's brands transferred to Reyes Holdings’ subsidiary, Premium Distributors of Virginia, L.L.C, today. In addition, a Reyes Holdings affiliated real estate company acquired Dearing's 70,000 square foot warehouse. As a result, Premium Distributors of Virginia will continue operations out of the Winchester facility servicing Dearing's customers in Loudoun, Prince William, Fauquier, Culpepper, Page, Warren, Frederick, Shenandoah, Clarke and Rappahannock counties.

Dearing employees will join Premium Distributors of Virginia, L.L.C. Premium Distributors of Virginia is part of the Reyes Holdings' beer division, which has beer distribution operations in Chicago, Southern California, South Carolina, the District of Columbia and Maryland in addition to Virginia.
