ROSEMONT, IL – August 3, 2007, today, Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. announced the acquisition of Preston I. Moffett, Distributor, Incorporated (Moffett) in Winchester, Virginia, which distributes beer to Virginia retailers in Clarke, Warren, Page, Shenandoah, Frederick, and Western Loudoun counties.
Moffett brands, including Blue Moon, Coors, Coors Light, Corona, Corona Light, Keystone, Killians, Negra Modelo, Old Milwaukee, Pacifico, Schlitz, Schlitz Malt Liquor and Zima, will be transferred to Reyes Holdings’ subsidiary, Premium Distributors of Virginia, L.L.C., effective today.

Premium Distributors of Virginia is headquartered in a state-of-the-art, 230,000 square foot distribution center in Chantilly, Virginia, with an additional facility in Winchester, Virginia. Reyes Holdings has grown Premium Distributors of Virginia from when it acquired the two million case business operating from a 60,000 square foot warehouse in Alexandria, Virginia in 1988. Today Premium Distributors of Virginia is a ten million case business having more than doubled its market share in the Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William and Loudon counties while expanding into Fauquier, Culpepper, Page, Warren, Frederick, Shenandoah, Clarke and Rappahannock counties. Together with Premium Distributors of Washington D.C., L.L.C. and Premium Distributors of Maryland, L.L.C., Reyes Holdings services over 5,000 retailers in the Mid-Atlantic region delivering over 18 million cases of leading beer brands to them each year.
