REINHART FOODSERVICE ACQUIRES NATCO CORP.

ROSEMONT, IL October 17, 2007 – Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. announced that Reinhart FoodService, L.L.C. an independent food distributor in its group of family-owned businesses, entered into an agreement to acquire foodservice distributor NATCO Corp., based in New Bedford, Massachusetts. The transaction is anticipated to close on October 22, 2007.

The NATCO Division of Reinhart FoodService will continue to be led by Mark Eisenberg and Larry Shwartz. NATCO’s distribution center in New Bedford, Massachusetts will become Reinhart FoodService's 18th U.S. location.
