ROSEMONT, IL – November 2, 2007, Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. announced the acquisition of Premium Distributing Company, a division of Dan McKinney Company, in San Bernardino, CA. Premium Distributing sells over 4 million cases of Coors Light, Dos Equis, Tecate, Blue Moon, Bohemia, Sol Cerveza, Newcastle Brown Ale, Kronenbourg, Pete’s Wicked Ale, Gordon Biersch, Shiner Bock, Steinlager, Alaskan Brew and a variety of other brands across San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, California.
The rights to distribute Premium Distributing Company brands will be transferred to Reyes Holdings’ subsidiary Harbor Distributing, L.L.C., also doing business as Gate City Beverage Distributors, effective today.
