THE MARTIN-BROWER COMPANY OPENS NEW FACILITY IN MASON CITY, IOWA
November 12, 2007

ROSEMONT, IL, November 12, 2007 - This past weekend, The Martin-Brower Company, L.L.C. commenced operations in its new facility in Mason City, Iowa, servicing approximately 157 McDonald’s restaurants in Iowa, South Dakota and Wisconsin. The 45,000-square foot facility in the Mason City Industrial Park employs approximately 70 people and enables the company to deliver even greater service to McDonald's Midwest region.

“Mason City has greatly assisted us in determining the most logical location for our new Midwest operations," said Mr. Roussel. "Mason City EDC, North Iowa Area Community College (NIACC), the John Pappajohn Business & Entrepreneurial Center (JPEC) and Iowa Workforce Development (IWD) have all been instrumental in our search and have contributed to bringing these new jobs and our investment to Mason City.”

Martin-Brower is the largest the McDonald's Corporation's distributor serving company since 1956. Rich Krabbe, Martin-Brower General Manger - Pompano Beach, is acting-transition General Manager for the Mason City distribution center with Leah Heimdahl taking on the General Manager role following the transition.
