CHICAGO BEVERAGE SYSTEMS ACQUIRES SIERRA NEVADA AND OTHER BRANDS FROM UNION BEVERAGE
ROSEMONT, IL – October 16, 2006, Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. announced the addition by Chicago Beverage Systems, L.L.C. of the distribution rights for Sierra Nevada, Paulaner, Fischer, and Affligem beer brands along with a variety of Seagram coolers and Woodchuck, Woodpecker and Strongbow ciders. Chicago Beverage Systems, L.L.C. purchased these distribution rights from Union Beverage Company.
