RBD & Classic Beverage Exchange Distribution Rights in SoCal

ROSEMONT, IL – SEPTEMBER 10, 2021. Reyes Beer Division (RBD) has entered into an agreement to exchange certain brand distribution rights with Classic Beverage in Southern California. The transaction is scheduled to close on November 12, 2021.
The transaction will add approximately 6,000 customers and 6,800,000 cases to Harbor Distributing’s existing footprint and includes brands from key suppliers such as Molson Coors, Mark Anthony Brands, Boston Beer Company, Heineken USA, Lagunitas Brewing Company, Firestone Walker Brewing Company, Pabst Brewing Company and Sierra Nevada Brewing Company.
As part of the agreement, RBD’s Harbor Distributing and Crest Beverage will each be transferring to Classic Beverage distribution rights for brands from suppliers such as Coronado Brewing Company, Golden State Cider, Gambrinus Company and Rogue Brewing.
