RBD Closes Acquisition of Powers Distributing in Michigan

ROSEMONT, IL – DECEMBER 10, 2021. Reyes Beer Division (RBD) has officially closed on its acquisition of Powers Distributing Company in Lake Orion, Michigan. The new operations will now do business as Premium Distributors of Michigan.

This acquisition adds roughly 2,800 customers and approximately 5.7 million cases, and includes brands from key suppliers such as Molson Coors, Constellation, Mark Anthony Brands, Boston Beer, Heineken and Diageo.
