ROSEMONT, IL – June 12, 2020. Golden Brands, a Reyes Beer Division company, has officially closed on its acquisition of Bay Area Beverage Company in Northern California.
Tom Reyes, President of Reyes Beer Division West, said, “I want to send my sincere thanks to TJ Louderback and his family for helping us with a solid transition of Bay Area Beverage, especially during these challenging times. The team is well-engaged, and we are looking forward to servicing our new customers and territory.”
The acquisition adds approximately 8 million cases, nearly 3,000 new customer accounts and more than 200 employees to Golden Brands’ operations.
