RBD SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH CLAYPOOL DISTRIBUTING COMPANY

ROSEMONT, IL – January 13, 2020. Crest Beverage L.L.C., a Reyes Beer Division company, has entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Claypool Distributing Company in Imperial, California. The transaction is scheduled to close in late February.

We’ve seen a tremendous amount of recent growth and success in our California footprint and this is another great opportunity to build upon that with Claypool Distributing Company.
