This state-of-the-art facility marks a significant milestone in RCCB’s 32-year presence in the Fresno community, enhancing its ability to serve the region efficiently and sustainably.
Facility Highlights
Built with performance, comfort and scalability in mind, the facility features a range of amenities and functional spaces to support daily operations. It has 180,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space with 23,000 sq. ft. of office space.

Sustainability Initiatives
RCCB prioritized energy efficiency, safety and environmental responsibility in the design of the Fresno facility. These features support RCCB’s broader environmental goals, including its 2030 greenhouse gas reduction target.

30,000 sq. ft. of rooftop solar panels, which power nearly half of the building’s energy consumption
