Sustainability Week 2023 concludes today. Each year we take this opportunity to recognize the ways our businesses are going about operating more sustainably to make a positive impact in the communities where we live and work. Under the Reyes Cares umbrella, we believe in the power and necessity of working together to leave a better world for future generations.

Across the enterprise, over the past year we:

• Implemented 22 LED projects – LED implementation across the enterprise is now at 97% with only small, leased sites and new acquisitions remaining.

• Implemented 71 efficient HVAC/R projects to reduce energy consumption

• Participated in demand response planning at 22 sites across the enterprise contributing to a more resilient electric grid.

• Built to sustainable construction standards, with new construction buildings on average 33% more efficient than code requirements.

• Launched an enterprise CSR Council to facilitate goal alignment and information sharing between business units.
