RBD Signs Agreement with Capitol Wright Distributing

ROSEMONT, IL – October 4, 2022. Reyes Beer Division (RBD) has entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all the assets of Capitol Wright Distributing, LLC in the state of Texas. The transaction is scheduled to close in December 2022.

 The acquisition adds approximately 5,100 customers and more than 16 million cases to RBD’s overall operations, and includes brands from key suppliers such as Molson Coors, Constellation, Boston Beer, Mike’s, Diageo, HUSA, Pabst and Gambrinus, and local brewers such as Thirsty Planet and Saint Arnold.

RBD will operate the business as Capital Reyes Distributing, L.L.C. and will maintain the distribution facility in Manor, Texas.
