RBD Signs Agreement with G&G Distributors, inc. in Maryland

ROSEMONT, IL – JUNE 30, 2021. Reyes Beer Division has entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all the assets of G & G Distributors, Inc. in Centreville, Maryland.

The acquisition will add approximately 400 customers and 700,000 cases and includes brands from key suppliers such as Molson Coors, Constellation Brands, Boston Beer, Yuengling, Heineken USA, Dogfish Head, and Pabst Blue Ribbon.
